This public website document is a general publication framework. Signed contracts, statements of work, licence schedules, and jurisdiction-specific requirements may add to or replace parts of it.
1. Application
This End-User License Agreement applies only to a software package, downloadable build, demonstration, or licensed component that expressly references this EULA. Merely viewing the public website does not grant a software licence.
2. Limited licence
Subject to payment terms and written project terms, the authorized user receives a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the identified software for its documented purpose.
3. Restrictions
Except where applicable law prohibits restriction, you may not resell, sublicense, publish source code, bypass access controls, remove rights notices, use the software unlawfully, or reverse engineer it beyond rights expressly granted in writing.
4. Ownership
The software, architecture, documentation, interfaces, models, branding, and derivative improvements remain the property of Central Synaptic Intelligence Systems or the applicable licensor unless a signed contract states otherwise.
5. Updates and services
Updates, hosting, maintenance, integrations, and support are provided only when included in an applicable order, statement of work, or service agreement.
6. Security and credentials
Users are responsible for protecting credentials, access devices, configuration, and authorized accounts. Suspected compromise must be reported promptly.
7. Termination
The licence may end when its term expires, payment obligations are not met, the agreement is materially breached, or the applicable project agreement is terminated.
8. Disclaimer and liability
Software may involve operational risk and must be evaluated for its intended environment. Warranty, liability, indemnity, and service commitments are governed by the signed commercial agreement, where one exists.
